On Srimati Radharani’s special Appearance Day, everyone is very eager to offer some service to the Lord’s topmost devotee, known as “the Queen of Vrindavan,” and to obtain Her mercy. It is only through the mercy of devotees that one can obtain Krishna’s grace, and since Srimati Radharani is the topmost devotee, Her mercy is invaluable in achieving Krishna-prema or pure love of God. This following is a schedule of events for the day.
Sri Radhastami, Friday, September 9, 2016, Schedule: (Fasting until noon.)

4:30 a.m. – Mangala Arati

7:20 a.m. – Guru Puja

8:00 a.m. – Deity greeting, NEW DAY OUTFIT

8:30 a.m. – Reading and Class

9:30 a.m.- Bhajans & abhisheka by Temple pujaris
- ALL DAY – Deity Viewing until curtains close 3:30 – 6:30 p.m. for Deity dressing in new outfit
- 1:00 p.m. – Radha’s Feast
- 5:45 p.m. – Radha Sahasra-nama-stotra Homa
- 6:30 p.m. – Sundara Arati and maha kirtan, NEW EVENING OUTFIT, and darshan of Srimati Radharani’s lotus feet (with famous ecstatic kirtan!)
