In our ongoing efforts to develop New Raman Reti to continue the mission of His Divine Grace Srila Prabhupada, we are happy to present: RESTROOMS FOR NEW RAMAN RETI …it’s been a long time coming! Our temple building was constructed in 1995, when there were roughly 7 families in the community. Kind of hard to believe that was 18 years ago. But it’s not hard to believe we are now serving around 400 families in our immediate community, and a few thousand more in the greater congregation. One big problem, though…We still have only the same two bathrooms we started with 18 years ago.
This can be a very uncomfortable experience for everyone during peak times, like Sunday Feast and Festivals. At any big festival we have to rent portable toilets, and that is very expensive. The nicer ones go for $1,000 per event.
The bottom line, WE NEED BETTER FACILITIES. So our newest fundraiser is for The Bathroom

Together with a local architect we have designed an attractive but simple and practical structure that will give us five stalls on the ladies side, one stall plus three urinals on the men’s side AND a family room that includes a stall and a shower, so that our pujaris can use this facility even if they are in the middle of their deity seva.
